Mental Health

If you’re finding your mental health challenging right now, we’re here to help

If you need urgent mental health support, please call NHS 111 and select option 2. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and should be your first point of contact for immediate mental health concerns.

For non-urgent support, you can book an appointment with our in-house mental health clinician to explore the support and resources available to you. Clinics are available every day.

If you are already under the care of the Community Mental Health Team (Hafod, Nant-Y-Glyn, or Glan Traeth), please contact your usual team directly, as they will be best placed to support you.
